It is required that we have definitive confirmation 24-hours prior to your appointment. Our team will attempt to call until confirmation is achieved within 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
If we are not able to speak directly to the patient or guardian responsible, it will be their responsibility and accountability to call us within this time period to confirm. If confirmation is not achieved, your appointment may be cancelled without notice and there will be a $50 charge for our technician.
We realize that unexpected things can and do happen, but would appreciate your earliest notice possible. This allows us to inform other patients in need of our care about the opening.
